Infinity in JavaScript represents the concept of an infinite number. Here's an interesting math discussion why that happens. That could be a surprise if you try to determine the max or min of an empty array. ![]() Math.max() when invoked without arguments returns -Infinity, and Math.min() correspondingly Infinity.
